Cresta is seeking a talented Conversation Designer to ensure best-in-class, high-quality AI conversation models. This role involves providing real-time coaching and assistance for contact center agents and designing conversational experiences for virtual agents across voice and chat platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Machine Learning, Data Science, Project Management, Customer Success, Product Leadership, and Engineering. Additionally, you will work directly with customers to align on solution design and empower them to build their own models using Cresta Opera, our proprietary self-service tool.
