Preferred qualifications include a background in Linguistics and experience with prompt engineering, along with fluency in a second language and familiarity with Dialogflow CX.
The Conversation Designer will lead customer AI Delivery projects, encompassing the design, building, deployment, and tuning of AI solutions for multiple clients. They will collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions for contact centers across various verticals, maintain AI model quality, deliver Cresta’s Opera Enablement Program, and design virtual agent solutions using flow-based, prompt-based, and hybrid platforms.
