A deep understanding of the User-Generated Content (UGC) software suite, including ratings and reviews platforms, syndication capabilities, social commerce integrations, and creator marketing solutions, is essential. Experience in selling SaaS and non-recurring solutions and managing a dedicated territory of enterprise accounts is required.
The Enterprise Account Director will own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets by selling UGC software solutions. Responsibilities include developing expertise in the UGC software suite, articulating its value proposition and ROI to C-suite executives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves partnering with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored UGC strategies, collaborating with internal teams for a seamless customer journey, and championing Bazaarvoice's innovative solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.
