Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering, with a software development background in multiple languages such as NodeJS, Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Typescript, React Native, C#, and/or Xamarin. Strong written and oral communication skills are required, along with experience reading and interpreting technical diagrams for enterprise software, and a strong attention to detail combined with a desire to delight customers.
Responsibilities
As a Solutions Engineer-Enterprise, the individual will coordinate with account executives to create opportunities, close deals, and expand relationships, aid in the development of Ditto’s demo applications on platforms like iOS, Android, and Linux, effectively sell the value proposition of Ditto to key technical stakeholders, maintain close relationships with the customer success team, work closely with product and marketing teams to create new solutions and marketing material, support customer deployments including Proof-of-concept work, travel and run educational activities with customers, represent Ditto at industry conferences, and mentor junior sales engineers when appropriate.
