RingCentral is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) to develop a Go-to-Market and Business Plan to strategically target a defined list of existing and new BPO accounts within North America. This role is responsible for selling RingCentral's Enterprise platform, including voice, SMS, video conferencing, and collaboration tools, with a focus on Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technology solution-based selling experience (SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, VoIP, CCaaS).
  • Demonstrated sales record of obtaining/exceeding quota.
  • Skilled in conducting F2F presentations and online web demos.
  • Proficient in adhering to and adopting a measured sales process.
  • Proven success in prospecting, engaging, and acquiring major and enterprise-level customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
  • Entrepreneurial flare with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, with a willingness to perform and get things done.
  • BS degree; continued training and education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Become the subject matter expert on RingCentral services.
  • Sell RingCentral's Enterprise platform (voice, SMS, video conferencing, collaboration).
  • Prospect and sell contact center solutions (CCaaS).
  • Possess a deep understanding of the BPO market and its unique needs.
  • Close complex deals involving multiple executive-level stakeholders (C-level).
  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies, and processes.
  • Manage pipeline, sales activity, and accurately forecast to meet sales goals.
  • Demonstrate experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.
