Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to “win people over” are essential, alongside dedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performance.
The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales will provide a world-class customer experience, grow their people through coaching and investing in their development, develop and implement a winning strategy for the business, build a team of top achievers with individual development plans, collaborate with internal and external teams, drive bookings for the business in the “Industry” segment, build executive-level relationships with customers, and track, monitor, and accurately forecast business performance.
