Requirements

Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience managing high-performance teams of at least 20 individuals, with a validated sales track record in solution-based SaaS offerings and consistent over-achievement of sales targets. They must have experience selling RTCDP and Marketing/Email Marketing platforms, along with a strong understanding of long-term, complex sales cycles across various verticals. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to “win people over” are essential, alongside dedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performance.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales will provide a world-class customer experience, grow their people through coaching and investing in their development, develop and implement a winning strategy for the business, build a team of top achievers with individual development plans, collaborate with internal and external teams, drive bookings for the business in the “Industry” segment, build executive-level relationships with customers, and track, monitor, and accurately forecast business performance.
