Adobe is seeking a Sales Director, Adobe Profiles & Engagement to lead sales and key strategy for Adobe’s Data and Activation business within the industry segment in the Americas. This role involves managing a team of 3 Front Line Managers and over 17 individual contributors, focusing on Adobe's largest and most strategic customers. The position is crucial for driving growth in Adobe's Digital Experience suite, including products like Adobe RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and others.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience managing high-performance sales teams of at least 20 individuals, consistently exceeding goals.
  • Proven sales track record in solution-based SaaS offerings with consistent over-achievement of sales targets.
  • Experience selling RTCDP and Marketing/Email Marketing platforms.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with sophisticated customers at the executive levels.
  • Strong understanding and experience managing long-term, complex sales cycles across various verticals.
  • Dedication to personal responsibility and a high expectation of performance.
  • Passion, energy, and a great attitude.
  • A proven plan for building and running successful sales teams.
  • Empathy and high EQ to foster positive working relationships.
  • Superior customer-facing attributes, both internally and externally.

  • Track, monitor, and accurately forecast business across the territory.
