Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Senior Living or Senior Care, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proven track record in managing commercial operations, and achieving sales growth, along with strategic development, project management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
The Business Development Executive will create and implement effective sales strategies, represent Sage at conferences and events to identify leads, help develop the sales organization structure, manage sales data, track progress against KPIs, drive sales force training and investment, cultivate professional networks, support sales campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate sales objectives and expand the company’s revenue and market position.
