Candidates should have 7+ years of experience, proven success in a customer-facing sales role proposing enterprise solutions, and demonstrated selling ability to State and Local Governments and Educational Institutions. A Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience, experience collaborating with customers and technology partners, and proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM and Microsoft Office are required. The role also requires comfort working with multiple decision-makers, outstanding communication skills, self-motivation, comfort working remotely, and the ability to travel as needed.
The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and handle a sales pipeline, generate revenue by selling the Cohesity solution, and work closely with channel partners. Responsibilities include penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, closing business, defining and implementing sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota, and developing and presenting proposals to customers. The role involves driving account strategies and coordinating team selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.
