Candidates must have 7+ years of experience selling professional services and/or solutions in the software industry within the Federal space. Consultative sales experience is required, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. A thorough understanding of cloud application technology and trends is necessary, as is the ability to build and collaborate on strong relationships within internal and external ecosystems.
The Services Account Executive is responsible for managing opportunities for Expert Services and Success Services within strategic accounts, in coordination with license sales teams and partners. They will lead engagement negotiations, ensure proper scoping of proposals for successful project delivery, and drive the adoption and deployment of ServiceNow products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, ensuring predictable revenue recognition, and supporting project mobilization and transitions to the Delivery organization. Responsibilities also include developing business development plans for accounts with low customer satisfaction or adoption, driving service references, and exceeding services sales quotas.
