Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience selling professional services or solutions in the software industry, specifically within the Federal space. Responsibilities

The Services Executive will manage opportunities for Expert and Success Services within strategic accounts, coordinating with license sales teams and partners. They will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, accurate proposal scoping for successful project delivery, and driving the full utilization of licensed ServiceNow products. This role involves leading engagement negotiations, collaborating with sales teams to position services appropriately, identifying new business opportunities, and driving client references. The Services Executive is expected to exceed services sales quotas and ensure successful transitions to the Delivery organization, while also developing business development plans for underperforming accounts. They will also be responsible for ensuring that service proposals are contracted for successful delivery, maximize client satisfaction, and enable timely and consistent revenue recognition with minimal risk.
