Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Sales - Public Sector will lead a sales team focused on growing the public sector business throughout North America, utilizing Twilio's messaging, voice, contact center, AI, and email services to improve citizen engagement and outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and executing account strategies to deliver strong revenue and profit results, partnering with other teams and alliance partners for new revenue opportunities, growing pipeline through collaboration with marketing and demand gen, and running consultative sales cycles with a focus on deep discovery and customer needs. The role also involves managing and expanding key public sector accounts, supporting new business and strategic accounts for revenue growth and customer satisfaction, and providing support for Social Impact activities through engagement with regional teams and partners.
