Candidates must possess at least 7 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex solutions for enterprise and software companies. Strong experience in identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts, along with a history of success in selling technical solutions like cloud communications platforms, APIs, or Conversational AI is required. Experience in account management, developing large enterprise clients, meeting sales targets, working with Fortune 500 companies, and closing high-value deals in a quota-driven environment is essential. Expertise in solution-based or consultative selling, strong negotiation and contract management skills, effective prospecting and lead generation abilities, and the capacity to build relationships with C-level executives are also necessary. Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology and comfort in a dynamic environment are required. Ideally, candidates will have experience selling to both business and technical audiences and understanding of the CPaaS & Customer Engagement ecosystem, including cloud communications, contact center agent productivity, Conversational AI, and APIs.
The Enterprise New Business Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving Annual Contract Value (ACV) for a designated set of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process. The executive will also be responsible for sourcing new, high-value customers and managing the sales process from initial leads to deal closure, including qualifying prospects and handling deals to completion.
