Position Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business growth across Israel. This role is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new customers. You will manage forecasts, track customer data, and employ a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding customer needs before presenting product solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating the value of Grafana's products, guiding customers through the trial phase, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Growth team. A technical background and prior experience selling technical products are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate sales through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Effectively understand and convey the value proposition of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Become proficient in managing the sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and address day-to-day customer requests.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Israel and fluent in Hebrew.
  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer).
  • Possess an energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player attitude.
  • Adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with open-source technology is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (in-person, online, written) and the ability to build strong working relationships both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies is ideal.

Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE Compensation Range (Israel): ILS 782,000 - ILS 802,000.
  • Actual compensation will be determined by level, experience, and skillset assessed during the interview process.
