Candidates should possess approximately 8 years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position, with proven experience in negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives and a track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for opportunities. They should also demonstrate an understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and experience leveraging internal team members on account strategies.
As an Account Executive, the candidate will develop strategy for prioritizing and closing key opportunities, perform account planning, initiate and support sales of Workday solutions to Medium Enterprise prospects, maintain accurate sales data, and guide new customers on a journey to replace legacy platforms with Workday solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering long-lasting value.
