Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment and at least 1 year of experience managing and closing deals in a fast-paced technology organization. Required qualifications include strong account planning, prospecting, and executive engagement skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in demonstrating technology products, and experience with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo. A highly self-motivated attitude, positive outlook, commitment to customer success, technical aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and strong organizational skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will drive sales and ongoing revenue for the Panopto platform by exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through new opportunities and expansion within existing enterprise accounts in the Americas. This role involves developing a territory plan, engaging with executive teams, and leveraging a consultative sales approach to grow client accounts. Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of the technology platform, aligning Panopto's solutions with customer needs, establishing productive customer relationships, negotiating effectively, and partnering with the Account Management team to ensure high customer satisfaction and adoption through upselling and expansion.
