About You

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive to not only expand our strong client base but also to hunt for new opportunities across our broad addressable market. If you are driven, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

You have:

  • 5+ years of Account Executive experience selling B2B SaaS solutions into Enterprise accounts across ASEAN/North Asia, with a bonus for ANZ experience.
  • Demonstrated experience prospecting and building pipeline in a competitive market.
  • Consistently managed a $650K+ ARR new business territory and have a track record of exceeding quota.
  • A strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to be a team player.
  • Strong sales acumen, executive presence, effective time management, and organization skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.
  • English speaking proficiency, preferably with a secondary Asian Language (Chinese/Korean/Japanese/Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Indonesian).

Outcomes

  • Own the entire sales motion for Enterprise accounts.
  • Manage and close expansion opportunities within your existing customer base.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives.
  • Develop a territory plan that supports the successful execution and achievement of sales targets.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly results to Sales Leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Solutions Consultants to deliver impactful product demos to key stakeholders.
  • Become an expert on Ada and effectively communicate our value proposition to all levels, including C-Suite executives.

Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
