Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of Account Executive experience selling B2B SaaS solutions into Enterprise accounts across ASEAN/North Asia, with a preference for ANZ experience. Demonstrated success in prospecting and building pipeline in competitive markets is required, along with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in territories with $650K+ ARR. Strong sales acumen, executive presence, effective time management, and organizational skills are essential. The role requires openness to travel for client visits and proficiency in English, with a secondary Asian language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Bahasa Melayu, or Bahasa Indonesian) being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the entire sales motion for Enterprise accounts, including closing expansion opportunities within the existing customer base. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through prospecting efforts in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives. The role involves developing a territory plan to achieve sales targets, accurately forecasting quarterly results to Sales Leadership, and collaborating with Customer Solutions Consultants to deliver product demonstrations. The Account Executive will also become an expert on Ada's value proposition and effectively communicate it to all levels, including C-suite executives.
