Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS-based solutions or subscription-based products to a diverse enterprise customer base, along with a strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud & SaaS solutions and/or Security Infrastructure Products. Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or other enterprise sales methodologies and knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or HubSpot (preferred), Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Nav, Chatgpt / other AI is required.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will attain annual sales quota and quarterly targets, deliver regional bookings goals through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts, demonstrate success in selling complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value enterprise solutions, manage prospective customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle, develop and nurture relationships with potential enterprise customers in the North Central region, develop and implement regional pipeline growth strategies, leverage all available resources to grow the regional pipeline of opportunities, gather Account Intelligence to populate account plans, work with Focus Partners to cultivate prospect and customer accounts, collaborate for Field Events and Customer Meetings, build relationships with regional and national partners, track customer information and provide continuous forecast and pipeline accuracy, ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system, ensure regional bookings are clean and complete, report customer feedback and competitive analysis, and assist in product development by providing valuable market insights.
