Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology, including managing new logo acquisitions and renewals, experience managing net new business and closing complex sales-cycles, with prior success closing $250K - $1.5M deals, strong communication, negotiating, and consultative sales skills, and comfort with traveling to customers 20% of the time.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for both new logo acquisition and client retention by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they become H1 advocates, presenting and demonstrating company products/services to clients, conducting market research, developing proposals, negotiating pricing, and finalizing contracts, driving the sales motion from outreach through close, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue projections, and working closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
