Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of previous field sales experience. A strong knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and approaches is essential, as is an energetic, positive, and professional attitude. The ability to self-motivate and think quickly in a fast-paced environment is also required. Bonus points are awarded for a Master's Degree and 7+ years of field sales experience.

Responsibilities

The Field Sales Representative - Enterprise will attract new clients and win new business from existing accounts to maximize profitability within their sales territory. This role involves working with prospects throughout the entire sales cycle, from developing leads and educating prospects to converting them into long-term customers. Responsibilities include initiating sales processes, promoting various product lines, identifying customer needs, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The representative will also provide accurate reporting, identify business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, prepare and present sales presentations, and track all sales activity in the CRM system. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and penetrating new accounts are also key duties.
