Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role, demonstrating expertise in managing full sales cycles, ideally within a technical or consultative context. They should be a persuasive communicator, both in writing and on calls, proactive and self-directed, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of building trust with diverse stakeholders, particularly in mission-driven or public-sector organizations. Prior experience selling to public agencies, nonprofits, or universities is a plus, as is familiarity with agriculture, food systems, or government funding programs.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting accounts, running discovery calls, tailoring demos, and guiding prospects through the sales process to close deals. They will manage their sales pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, collaborate with SDRs and marketing to refine messaging and targeting, develop strong product knowledge and advise prospects on how the platform can meet their needs, and help shape and scale a winning sales process. This role involves working across four high-impact customer segments: government agencies, cooperatives, food companies, and nonprofit organizations, ultimately driving new business growth for FarmRaise.
