Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS, with a proven track record of achieving at least 95% of their annual quota and consistently meeting 90% of their monthly targets. They must also demonstrate a strong desire to continuously learn and improve, possess the ability to self-source deals, and be proficient in using Salesforce to maintain an accurate and up-to-date record.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, the candidate will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, drive their pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, own the entire sales cycle from discovery to negotiation, lead in-depth evaluations and product demonstrations, maintain forecast accuracy within 10% and effective pipeline management using Salesforce, and engage with the nonprofit community to build credibility and educate prospects on Bloomerang’s value. They will also become a Bloomerang expert by gaining deep knowledge of all tools and services to effectively support prospects and contribute to Bloomerang’s impact in the non-profit industry.
