Candidates must have over 5 years of experience successfully closing Public Sector sales opportunities and carrying a $1M+ quota. They should possess high proficiency in selling SaaS and cloud-based solutions to government customers, with proven experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to procurement groups, C-level executives, and public sector officials. A track record of building direct customer strategies, creating relationships across customer departments, and closing complex deals within complex organizations is essential. The ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate technical products, adapt to a fast-growing environment, and effectively uncover greenfield opportunities is also required. Approximately 20% travel is expected.
The Enterprise Account Executive will develop a strategic business plan to source and close new business within a given territory, utilizing strategic sales tactics. They will navigate complex organizational structures to identify and drive sales processes with multi-layer stakeholders in enterprise organizations. Responsibilities include researching customer business objectives, performing value-driven sales cycles, collaborating with internal partners, and consistently delivering ARR revenue targets through a metric-based approach. The role also involves developing and executing sales strategies to generate pipeline, providing input to Product Management and Customer Success, creating ROI reports, and running POCs based on business success criteria.
