The ideal candidate must be based in Colorado and possess very strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heightened sensitivity to the issues farmers face. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role is required.
The Account Manager will work with farmers and Community Builders to help them procure crop inputs, recruit, train, and manage territory Community Builders, and recruit farmers to join the network. Responsibilities include achieving chemical sales goals, forecasting crop input needs, developing territory business plans, leading product demonstrations, promoting data collection for customized plans, managing sales processes in Salesforce, organizing sales events, reporting suggestions for improvement, and representing FBN at industry events.
