The Engagement Manager will manage tactical project management duties and success efforts for SailPoint solution delivery, supporting customer journeys. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate service provision and billing, interacting with customer success leadership, serving as a client point of contact for issues, managing project financials for profitability, strategically staffing projects, performing end-to-end project management, creating project documentation, providing strategic updates to senior management and account teams, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, identifying expansion opportunities, and assisting direct reports with career development through feedback and coaching.
