This role involves managing the support of a mid-to-large scale product, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and government partners to triage issues and create clear, actionable tickets. You will be available to address Priority One issues as they arise and work with the team to continuously improve system response and support, building strong relationships with engineers, client stakeholders, and partner vendors. The ideal candidate thinks holistically, understands how project details fit into the bigger picture, and thrives in ambiguous situations to deliver user value. A strong bias for action with incomplete information and transparent communication to build consensus are key.
