Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in IAM implementation and architecture, security consulting, or administration. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field, is required, along with specific IAM technology training or certification. A CISSP certification is a plus. Essential knowledge includes Identity Governance & Administration, Access Management, SSO, Federation, Privileged Access Management, and Enterprise Directories. Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C# is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The IAM Architect will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend IAM solutions to clients. Responsibilities include leading the architecture and design of new IAM solutions, capacity planning, defining logical and physical architecture, and specifying hardware requirements. The role involves conducting IAM technology assessments and health checks, communicating IAM program strategy to executive management, and installing, integrating, configuring, and deploying IAM solutions. Additionally, the architect will develop and perform testing for IAM solutions, provide knowledge transfer and training, maintain multiple environments adhering to coding best practices and SDLC, troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions, and stay current on IAM market trends and best practices.
