A minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated success in energy management, renewable energy, or sustainability sales is required, along with experience interacting with C-level executives and managing complex sales cycles. A solid grasp of electricity, natural gas, and sustainability markets, coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and pipeline management is also necessary.
The Account Executive will execute go-to-market strategies to identify and pursue business opportunities, manage a portfolio of key accounts, develop new leads, and close deals. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, client managers, and marketing to develop proposals, guiding clients through the entire sales cycle, monitoring market trends, anticipating client needs, and proposing innovative energy and sustainability solutions. The role also involves representing World Kinect at industry conferences, building relationships, and expanding market presence.
