Requirements

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management, with a proven track record in managing contract renewals and negotiations. Proficiency with platforms like Salesforce, BoostUp, MixMax, Outreach, and Gong is required, along with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to assess contract terms, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve issues proactively. Effective interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and clear, concise communication are essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of key SaaS metrics, experience in forecasting revenue impacts, and a customer-centric mindset are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Renewals Manager will manage the closed-loop process of subscription renewals and expansion of the current customer base, including quoting, revising, reporting, and closing renewal opportunities. They will develop and implement strategic renewal plans, initiate processes six months before contract end, conduct account research, navigate complex contract structures, and ensure timely renewals. Responsibilities also include negotiating terms and pricing, identifying expansion opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders, generating and delivering renewal quotes and order forms, managing the execution of amendments and renewal documents, providing accurate rolling 180-day forecasts, updating Salesforce and forecasting systems, ensuring clear communication with customers, gathering customer insights, identifying risks, sharing feedback with relevant teams, and refining strategies for future renewals.
