Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 12 years of experience, including 3+ years leading corporate finance in a high-growth, venture-backed technology company with significant scale. A strong understanding of various business models, including SaaS, marketplaces, and usage-based transactions, is required. Proficiency in building and scaling core financial systems and models, along with experience in modern FP&A systems, is essential. Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, or investing, as well as experience hiring and managing finance teams, are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Corporate Finance Lead will be responsible for owning and scaling core financial systems and models, as well as planning processes to support profitable growth. This role involves acting as a critical advisor to the executive team, providing financial insights for long-term trajectory shaping, and managing capital allocation, forecasting, budgeting, cost optimization, and board reporting. The lead will also partner with executives and GMs, potentially focusing on specific business segments, and will report directly to the CFO, with the responsibility of building the Corporate Finance team over time.
