Requirements

Candidates should possess a high level of experience and/or interest in working with power tools and hand tools, along with a full driver’s license with an excellent driving record and the ability to comfortably tow a trailer. They should also have computer skills, particularly around Excel and CRM systems, and a willingness to conduct face-to-face cold calls/visits.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative/End User Specialist, the individual will visit end users predominantly located at construction sites to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are met, promoting all Stanley Black & Decker products with a particular focus on DEWALT. They will generate sales through onsite demonstrations and attending trade events, identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets, build relationships with end users and distributor partners, conduct Distributor and End User training in stores and onsite, and present product initiatives to end users with confidence.
