Enterprise Account Executive - Financial Services & Insurance

Position Overview

Adobe is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive specializing in the Financial Services & Insurance Industries. This role is responsible for exceeding sales targets by driving digital transformation through Adobe's solutions, with a particular focus on the Adobe Experience Platform. The ideal candidate will excel at solution selling, consultative engagement, and building strong customer relationships.

Compensation

  • Total Target Compensation (TTC): $226,800 - $373,300 annually.
  • Pay varies by work location and is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • For sales roles, TTC includes base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to exceed quota.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business within existing Adobe customer accounts.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk teams to manage the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and demonstrating how Adobe solutions provide business value.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with a specific focus on Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Participate in team selling environments.
  • Develop account plans with key partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of large enterprise-level outside software sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, with a preference for marketing technology.
  • Proven track record of success and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to understand client business objectives and articulate Adobe's value proposition.
  • Skill in simplifying complex platform capabilities into client business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe’s solutions.
  • Creative self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a curious nature.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in solution selling within the Financial Services and Insurance Industries is preferred, but not required.
