Sr. Field Sales Representative

Candidates should have 0-3 years of professional experience, be energized by the idea of field sales, enjoy talking to people and closing deals, and be comfortable driving and spending most of their time visiting customers across a city or region, spending approximately 4 days per week in the field.
The Field Sales Representative will visit nursing homes in person to pitch Clipboard Health’s value proposition and win them as customers, prospect and qualify new demand-side accounts such as Directors of Nursing or Administrators, own their market by learning the local landscape and developing relationships, customize their pitch based on customer feedback and report patterns to sales leadership, think like a Market Owner by creating a growth plan and taking extreme ownership over their results, move fast, iterate their approach, and test creative tactics to unlock new customer segments, and keep clean records in the CRM and report learnings through writing so others can benefit from their insights.
Healthcare staffing platform connecting facilities and nurses
Clipboard Health connects healthcare facilities with local nursing professionals to address staffing shortages. The platform allows healthcare providers to find qualified nurses who can fill open shifts, which helps improve patient care and avoid penalties for understaffing. Nurses using the platform enjoy greater flexibility in choosing their work hours and can compare job details and negotiate pay rates transparently. Unlike traditional staffing agencies, Clipboard Health operates as a marketplace, facilitating direct connections between facilities and nurses while earning revenue through transaction fees. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency in healthcare settings and improve job satisfaction for nurses.
