Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in learning design, training, or program management, preferably in a sales or GTM environment. Demonstrated experience in managing onboarding or enablement programs is required, along with proficiency with Enablement Platforms (preferably Seismic) and course-authoring tools (i.e. Articulate Rise). Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential. Knowledge of learning and development trends and technologies is necessary, as is the ability to operate with minimal direction. Willingness and flexibility to travel approximately once per month is also required. Familiarity with 1Password’s products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Enablement Program Manager will own and manage the GTM onboarding program end-to-end, planning and coordinating onboarding sessions, and overseeing event logistics. They will partner with subject matter experts to design, deliver, and evolve onboarding content, and facilitate onboarding sessions. Responsibilities include monitoring onboarding outcomes, analyzing feedback, iterating programs, and contributing to the design of learning solutions. The role also involves developing blended learning solutions, maintaining training modules within the LMS, and applying adult learning principles to deliver impactful content. Implementing feedback systems to gather learner insights is also a key duty.
