The Sales Enablement Senior Manager will design and manage a comprehensive sales onboarding program for new Account Executives and BDRs, blending in-person and remote training. They will build career advancement programs to develop a sustainable internal pipeline and influence employee retention. This role involves collaborating closely with senior sales leaders to align program content with business priorities and continuously iterating on the onboarding program to shorten ramp time and scale for international expansion.
