Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in partnerships or professional services, with an emphasis on managing services/solutions partnerships across B2B SaaS platforms and experience with global partner ecosystems generating over $25M in revenue. A strategic mindset, executive presence, strong cross-functional coordination skills, and tech and AI fluency, including experience building AI-powered tools or automations, are essential. Familiarity with PRM, CRM, AI, and PSA systems is also required.
The Director of Partnerships will build and scale a global consulting partner ecosystem by developing comprehensive partner strategies and establishing relationships with systems integrators and channel partners. They will drive end-to-end partnership operations, including developing regional partner plans, recruitment strategies, tiering structures, certification programs, and co-selling initiatives. The role also involves managing partner delivery and quality assurance, overseeing partner consultant delivery, and ensuring successful technical builds and customer outcomes. Additionally, the Director will lead and develop the partnership organization, guide a team of regional partner managers, establish functional OKRs, and collaborate with Marketing on customer engagements.
