Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in senior partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership roles within the Payments, FinTech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries. A proven track record of originating and closing major acquiring/commercial partnerships at the C-suite level is required, along with a deep understanding of the acquiring ecosystem and its commercial drivers. Experience in building and scaling international teams, delivering against ambitious growth targets, and possessing strong commercial acumen, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are essential. The role also requires a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, comfort in fast-paced global environments, and a willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

The Head of Partnerships will originate, negotiate, and close new commercial acquiring partnerships with banks, PSPs, eCommerce platforms, system integrators, and other industry players. They will build and execute a structured pipeline of high-value opportunities to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves leading end-to-end deal cycles, building and scaling a global Partnerships team with a revenue focus, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Marketing teams. The Head of Partnerships will own and optimize performance metrics for the partnership revenue stream and represent Unlimit at industry events.
