A proven track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue quotas through partners is essential, along with a strong commercial mindset centered on channel pipeline generation. Excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with integrity and accountability, and a passion for inclusive collaboration are also required. The role necessitates the ability to travel up to 25% monthly. Existing relationships with top RSIs/GSIs in the Snowflake and Databricks ecosystems, a clear strategy for partner portfolio growth and support, and demonstrated business expertise in data analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software are highly advantageous.
The Senior Partner Manager will manage relationships with a portfolio of upmarket systems integrators and consulting firms, developing and executing strategies for partner acquisition, development, and retention within the Americas market. This role involves building a commercial engine with partners to generate pipeline and revenue, owning pipeline creation, and serving as a strategic partner to Sales Directors for alignment, territory planning, deal strategy, and partner-led services execution. Responsibilities also include collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to align SI partners with commercial plans and supporting Community and Marketing teams in expanding the dbt Community alongside partners.
