Responsibilities

The Director of Revenue Operations will partner with sales leadership to drive go-to-market strategy and operational excellence, connecting operations, sales, and strategy. Key responsibilities include owning sales metrics and reporting, streamlining processes, and ensuring flawless execution of the GTM vision. This role will lead the charge in building smarter, faster, and more scalable sales operations by leveraging AI and automation to automate territory planning, forecasting, analyze win/loss trends, and surface insights. Responsibilities also include managing headcount planning with finance, ensuring seamless execution between operations teams, introducing AI-powered workflow automation, running internal QBRs, creating AI-assisted reporting and performance dashboards, and serving as the primary interface with sales leaders to equip them with actionable insights, automated playbooks, and AI-powered tools.
