The Senior Director, Revenue Strategy will architect and lead Mural’s revenue strategy, revenue operations, and sales enablement functions to accelerate business performance and growth. This role involves serving as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, proactively identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and translating company priorities into scalable revenue-driving initiatives. Responsibilities include driving alignment across GTM teams, overseeing operational excellence, and building enablement programs that boost seller effectiveness. Key duties involve developing and executing holistic revenue strategies, directing and coaching the Revenue Operations team, leading the sales enablement function to increase seller productivity, partnering cross-functionally with various departments, and delivering executive-level reporting and actionable insights. The role also requires fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture and balancing strategic thinking with execution.
