The ideal candidate must be based in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin. A strong background and interest in commercial insurance, relationship management, strategy, process development, leading presentations, and negotiation are required. A deep understanding of pharmacy reimbursement, pricing benchmarks, PBM client pricing, and the competitive landscape related to supply chain pricing is essential.
This role will create unique pricing strategies across the supply chain, including retail pharmacy, mail pharmacy, specialty, rebate aggregators, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. The Senior Director will nurture relationships with key pricing and BI supply chain contacts, leverage data analytics and economic modeling to drive conversations about the company's pharmacy benefit offering, and drive opportunity growth by opening new channels for the sales organization. They will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Marketing. Additionally, the role involves creating purpose-built content to improve solution knowledge and support the sales process, and facilitating meetings with strategic partners to communicate differentiators and drive excitement about the company's value.
