Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience leading a professional services or sales practice within a SaaS organization or technology consulting firm. They should also possess 10+ years in both pre and post-sales leadership roles, with experience in management consulting, professional services, and driving enterprise architecture and operations strategy. Executive experience in managing, developing, and delivering enterprise consulting services is required, along with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and a Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Director, Customer Outcomes Journey will evolve and expand a world-class professional services practice by defining, building, and enhancing offerings, resource job families, sales/delivery materials, and online presence. They will shepherd the delivery of engagements to successful completion and continuous improvement, while recruiting and retaining a diverse team with specialized skills. This role will accelerate the transformation of Smartsheet's Go-To-Market and customer outcomes lifecycle by managing the practice's P&L, developing a strategic vision for ARR bookings growth, and anchoring value initiatives across departments. They will also double the delivery footprint across customer segments, negotiate engagement targets, and enhance customer-facing delivery motions. Furthermore, the Director will lead and support customers in enterprise-scale adoption of the Smartsheet platform by creating demand for workshops, developing thought leadership for executives, embedding outcome/value-based practices, and communicating governance and operating models.
