Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as an account owner and product expert for assigned customers, building rapport with decision-makers, driving product adoption, and managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. You will proactively discover and communicate opportunities for customers to unlock value, create and present business reviews to senior leadership, collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, and assist the sales team with finalist calls. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and promote Spring Health’s mission.
