Requirements

Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions. A strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, is essential, along with expertise in best practices, valuable use cases, and handling user/IT objections. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, and design/creative skills are a plus. The ability to proactively respond to questions and collaborate across teams is necessary, as is experience with user research and post-implementation reviews. Candidates should be able to problem-solve efficiently and suggest process improvements.

Responsibilities

The Organizational Change Management Consultant will support impactful projects by helping customers execute OCM strategies for their digital transformation journeys leveraging Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include conducting OCM activities such as vision discovery and scope analysis workshops, developing and executing new offerings for Microsoft Copilot, and strategizing communications and training plans. The consultant will build and share knowledge through various channels, educate end-users and stakeholders, measure transition success, and adjust plans as needed. They will also design and implement change management plans using best practices, provide leadership to project teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and building new OCM materials are also key duties.
