Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Required skills include advanced knowledge of the applicable work area, project and process management with limited supervision, situational adaptability, strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm for changing priorities. Knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ systems, and Microsoft products is also necessary, along with the ability to digest and simplify complicated information, high energy, strategic thinking, and an open-minded attitude.

Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Manager will provide insight and guidance on shaping and submitting contracts to meet compliance standards and protect profitability, partnering with cross-functional teams on contract development, negotiation, and execution. Responsibilities include supporting cross-functional teams with high attention to detail, researching and documenting findings, potentially coaching team members, leading improvements in the quote-to-cash process, assisting with quote and pricing generation, providing opportunity adjustments and validations, facilitating the deal process, triaging deal-related requests, generating acceptable documents for deal closure, coordinating RFP responses, resolving order processing and ARR discrepancies, providing reports and project status information to management, serving as an escalation point, and performing discount and pricing analysis.
