Requirements

Candidates should possess a college degree, with a paralegal certificate or juris doctor being preferred. Responsibilities

The Contracts Manager will work daily with business teams to draft, negotiate, and advise on various agreements including services, licensing, marketing, and non-disclosure contracts. They will provide redline recommendations, risk mitigation solutions, and general contract advice, while also driving the use of company standard terms and conditions. This role involves managing the entire contract workflow from intake to signature, implementing and recommending improvements for policies and template agreements, and assisting in maintaining the contracts management system. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will support the legal and compliance teams with other necessary tasks.
