Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will own relationships with a diverse range of customers, ensuring platform adoption, quick ROI, and long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging customers to drive adoption and mitigate churn risk, and identifying expansion opportunities. The CSM will also lead regular business reviews, act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with product and engineering teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues. This role involves developing comfort with developer documentation, explaining product functionality, triaging basic customer questions, and partnering with technical teammates on escalations, with an expectation to grow technical skills over time.
