Candidates should have demonstrated success working within healthcare and preferably for high-growth SaaS companies, and possess a passion for the customer experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, although experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
The Customer Success Manager will own a book of business to drive retention and growth rates, develop a comprehensive understanding of customer challenges and map Trella Health capabilities to address their needs, engage customers in an appropriate experience to facilitate optimal solution usability, manage customer renewal and expansion orders to achieve net retention goals, and facilitate implementation kickoffs with implementation consultants to confirm business goals and outline an initial success plan.
