Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management, with expert-level knowledge of enterprise identity providers, preferably Okta. Proven experience implementing and managing an enterprise IGA platform (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta IGA) is required, along with strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and experience leveraging APIs for identity workflows. A deep understanding of core security principles including Zero Trust models, least privilege, and role-based access control (RBAC) is necessary, as is demonstrated experience with compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or CCPA. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Staff Identity & Access Management Engineer will lead the greenfield implementation and long-term ownership of Lime’s enterprise IGA platform. They will design, build, and automate the entire identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver) and take ownership of all new application integrations for Single Sign-On (SSO). This role involves collaborating with the security team to implement Zero Trust principles, developing and managing automated user access review (UAR) campaigns for compliance, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for auditors. The engineer will also partner with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM processes meet business needs, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, and act as the highest tier of technical support for resolving complex identity and access issues.
