A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and HubSpot's CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools is essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills. HubSpot certifications are considered a plus.
The Customer Success Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients using HubSpot, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives to tailor solutions. Responsibilities include guiding clients through onboarding, providing ongoing support and training, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth, monitoring success metrics, and proactively addressing issues. The role also involves identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, communicating progress and feedback, presenting performance reports, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure exceptional service.
