Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media or programmatic advertising is required, along with a demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Customer Success will serve as the primary point of contact for key Programmatic/Social clients, managing relationships from onboarding through campaign performance reviews. This role involves owning campaign performance, identifying upsell opportunities, troubleshooting delivery issues with the digital operations team, and collaborating with Sales Directors to ensure a smooth post-sale transition. Responsibilities include providing proactive client communication, optimization recommendations, and mid/post-campaign insights, as well as coordinating and leading client calls, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions. The individual will also work with operations teams to ensure proper campaign scoping, utilize systems like Salesforce to track KPIs, support new digital product rollouts, and mentor Customer Success team members in Programmatic best practices.
