The Customer Success Manager will manage business relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring retention and advocacy by building long-term relationships. This role involves creating engagement plans for successful identity security programs, monitoring account changes, and providing coaching and advice on SailPoint's solutions. The CSM will also interface with delivery partners, provide strategic updates to senior management, identify opportunities for product/service expansion, and cultivate customer advocates to maximize client success and revenue growth.
